Current Issue
The purpose of the journal is to record the developments in the field of the civil law including the latest legislative changes, to research the impact of new technologies and social changes on the private law and its institutions, and to accentuate the doctrine of the private law of Central and Eastern Europe and emphasize its unique character in the international discourse.
The journal is co-financed by the Ministry of Education and Science, within the aid granted under the program "Development of scientific journals on the basis of contract no. RCN/SP/0308/2021/1 of 6 March 2023 and by the Faculty of Law and Administration under the Strategic Programme Excellence Initiative at the Jagiellonian University.
