Abstract

The article is a critical review of monography of K. Panfil Withdrawal from the contract as a sanction for the breach of contract. The review presents main thesis of the publication along with critical assessment of proposed positions. The reviewer challenges the need to introduce a new category of withdrawal as a sanction for the breach of contract in Polish jurisprudence.
