Abstrakt
Zmiana pokoleniowa dotarła na uniwersytety obok technologicznej w przeciągu dwóch ostatnich dekad: przybyli pierwsi cyfrowi tubylcy, Milennialsi, a wkrótce za nimi Gen Z. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza tych dwóch podobnych, choć często różnych pokoleń oraz umiejscowienie ich w kontekście polskiego oraz północnoamerykańskiego uniwersytetu, w szczególności wydziału prawa, aby móc udzielić odpowiedzi na pytanie: Co zmiana pokoleniowa oznacza dla edukacji prawniczej? W pierwszej części artykułu autor przedstawia dwa tytułowe pokolenia, zestawiając je z wcześniejszymi. Druga część poświęcona jest badaniu Millennialsów oraz Gen Z na uniwersytetach, w szczególności wydziałach prawa. W ostatniej części autor wykorzystuje uprzednie obserwacje do analizy przyszłości edukacji prawniczej. Uznając wydziały prawa za wyjątkowe jednostki w kontekście uniwersytetu, autor proponuje szereg rozwiązań, które powinny zostać wprowadzone do nauczania prawa, aby w pełni wykorzystać potencjał Millannialsów i Gen Z, czy to jako praktyków, czy też akademików prawa.
